By retraining the way we breathe, we can unlock a multitude of benefits, from improved respiratory function and reduced stress to enhanced energy levels and mental clarity. We do this by providing Buteyko Breathing workshops and consultations.
Nicole Murray is not only an experienced healthcare practitioner but also passionate advocates for the Buteyko method.
Her journey with Buteyko began as a quest for effective, evidence based solutions to common health challenges.
Witnessing the profound impact of these breathing exercises for health firsthand, she was inspired to deepen their knowledge and share it with others.
We run Buteyko Breathing Workshop in person and online.
We currently offer workshops for adults. Workshops for children coming soon.
We also offer one on one consultations at our practice in St. Ives or via Telehealth.

Buteyko Breathing emphasises the importance of nasal breathing and balancing oxygen and carbon dioxide in the body.
Your qualified practitioners, Jean and Nicole, will guide you through a series of breathing exercises aimed at increasing awareness of your breath and improving your overall well-being.
Exercises are adapted to suit each individual's ability and health concerns. We also teach you how to measure your progress.
Buteyko Breathing is contraindicated for anyone who has low blood pressure or is pregnant.
It is suitable for children from the age of 5 years.
It is suitable for all levels of health and fitness.
